Our seminar leader, Len Vona, is an experienced presenter on auditing and fraud topics. Perhaps you have heard about Len at TCTC and the Fraud Conference. See his bio when registering.
In the first session, we will provide the framework for building your audit program to respond to the risks that lurk in the core payroll business system. Knowing the schemes and how the schemes occur will assist in building the appropriate audit response and ensuring you have the right internal controls.
In the second session, we will discuss the inherent schemes that could be easy to miss in the procurement function. Auditor awareness about such risks, understanding how those schemes function and how to tackle them, will assist in building the appropriate audit response. At the conclusion of the seminar, you will have a framework to incorporate into your audit program.
