Grassroots Givers Collection Drop Off
| Date/Time: | 11/1/2025 - 11/3/2025 - Varies (see below) | Event Details: The AGA Albany Chapter will be assisting Grassroot Givers in Albany, a not-for-profit organization, whose mission is "to provide like-new items to individuals and families, free of charge, ensuring that everyone has access to the support they require."
If you would like to donate any of the items listed below, please contact Jim VanBuren, AGA VP of Community Service to coordinate a convenient time to make your donation of items. Jim can be reached at at jimvb44@gmail.com
- New or like-new childrens and adult books
- New or like-new Casual seasonal clothing
- Like-new pots and pans, coffee pots. toasters, microwaves etc
- Everyday dish sets (no china please)
- Linens, blankets, and comforters of all sizes (label these if you know the size)
- Nonperishable food (that is then given to the Open World Relief Food Pantry)
- Personal care items such as shampoo, soap, deodorant, toothpaste and toothbrushes
Please do not donate well-worn items.
