Specific packages that contain relevant funding include the Coronavirus Preparedness and Response Supplemental Appropriations Act, the Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security (CARES) Act, the Paycheck Protection Program and Health Care Enhancement Act, the Coronavirus Response and Relief Supplemental Appropriations Act, and the American Rescue Plan (ARP) Act. There are funding streams within these packages, such as the $150 Billion Coronavirus Relief Fund (CRF) within the CARES Act or the $350 Billion State & Local Fiscal Recovery Program within the ARP Act, that state agencies will have direct responsibility over from an oversight, funding disbursement, and compliance perspective.
